He is the head of Research Process management and holds a doctorate degree in Ayurvedic Pharmaceutical sciences and has been awarded with Professional diploma in Clinical research and drug design and patenting. He has over 5 years of experience in development and conceptualising of new drugs / formulations. He had completed several research projects in experimental pharmacology by developing conceptualised preclinical models and human research. He provides the required push to research process with his strong experience and analytical skill at the highest level. He has several publications in peer reviewed journals as well as he is an editorial member and reviewer of peer reviewed Journals.

Bhikhabhai Vasava

He is one of our most valued member who has a very vast experience in the field of Ayurveda. He has completed his B Pharm from the Gujarat Ayurvedic University and has an experience of 40+ years in classical Ayurvedic Management.

Amit Patel

Amit Patel heads our accounts Division at NamoNakshatra, he is a graduate with about 16+ years of Experience.

His achievement includes work in various departments like Administration, Account, Packing Department, Purchase Department, Dispatch Department, Marketing Corresponding, Pharmaceutical Software Skill.

Kruti Pandya

She is the head of our Microbiology Section, graduated from one of the most reputed colleges in Bangalore she has an experience of about 7years. She has set up the Microbiology laboratory with AHU and ensures to test the quality of the medicines. She also checks the presence of heavy metals in the medicines and ensures that the quality is never compromised.

She has more than 20 paper publication under renowned national and International Journals to her credit. She was also awarded the best Employee award in her previous organisation in 2013.

Mitesh Thakkar

Any industry is totally incomplete without proper and effective management. Mr Thakkar who has an experience of 20+ years takes care of all the HR & Admin related and ensures the proper and efficient working of the entire industry.

Mr. Hitendra Kumar Pandya

He is one of the strongest pillar of any venture of Nakshatra Ayurvedam group

He is the managing director of NamoNakshatra Healthcare private limited.

He has amazing skill of time management and Perfection in all the work he takes up.

His simple but effective motivation ensures all the staff to work more aggressively and effectively.

With his presence in manufacturing unit everything goes smooth and in a well planned way. He is an inspiration for everyone working in the pharmacy industry.

Vaidya Shefali Pandya

She is an Ayurveda consultant, Panchkarma physician, Nadi specialist, Ayurvedic cosmetologist, Skin specialist., Ayu. gynecologist. She has completed her B.A.M.S (Bachelor of ayurvedic medicine & surgery) From the famous Ayurveda College “PARUL INSTITUTE OF AYURVEDA” (Baroda -Gujrat). Under GUJARAT AYURVED UNIVERSITY. She has done “certificate course in beauty & Cosmetology” by (Aesthetica Institute of Cosmetology & VTCT Training Academy, U.K).

She is practicing Ayurveda from last 7 years and is well known for her work in female health care specially in the treatment of infertility POCD/PCOS, menstrual problems, Pregnancy care, postnatal care, white discharge etc.

She is also counselling patients of anxiety and depression.

She has vast experience in curing the patients of skin diseases like eczema psoriasis, scalp psoriasis, actopic dermatitis, urticaria, acne, melasma etc.

He has done his M.D (A.M) from “INDIAN BOARD OF ALTERNATIVE MEDICINE”, KOLKATTA. He has completed his C.Y.S degree in yoga sciences. He is traditional astrologer & He had also achieved the very special astrological honour “JYOTISH BHUSHAN” from (bruhad gujarat sanskrit parishad)

He is successfully practicing Ayurveda from last 12 years in his three centres Godhra, Baroda and Ahmedabad
