पादकल्केऽश्वगन्धायाः क्षीरे दशगुणे पचेत् ।
घृतं पेयं कुमाराणां पुष्टिकृद् बलवर्द्धनम् ॥
Ingredients :
Sneh Paka Dravya : Ashwagandha powder 25% w/w
Drava Dravya : Godugdha 1000% v/w, Madhur Jal 1000% v/w
Sneha Dravya : Goghrut 100% w/w
Indications :
Weakness, general debility, infertility
Dosage :
1-2 tsp once/twice as directed by physician

There is no data found that it is harmful in pregnancy and breast feeding. Also safe in children in lesser dose.
