Gynospaz tablet is made from a combination of herbal extracts, various Bhasma and Bhavana Dravya. This highly specialized gynecological medicine is extremely beneficial in almost all types of vaginal diseases. It is useful in leucorrhoea, dysmenorrhoea, ovarian cysts, urinary tract infection (UTI), P.C.O.D and excessive menstruation. It is an excellent uterine tonic.

Medicinal Analysis:

Ashoka Ghanasatva:

Ashoka is beneficial in reducing and stopping bleeding. Hence it is used in the treatment of uterine diseases such as uterine fibroids and menorrhagia. It is the most popular medicine in gynecology.

Lodhra Ghanasatva:

Lodhra protects and balances the health of the uterus. Its special effects include stabilizing the immune system of uterine cells, reducing uterine fibroids and providing protection in excessive menstruation.

Shatavari Ghanasatva:

The chemical present in shatavari helps in hormonal balance. It ensures regularity of menstruation by balancing the hormone levels in women.

Mocharas:

Mocharas is useful in the treatment of menstrual disorders. It is useful in menstrual irregularities, excessive bleeding in the uterus and dysmenorrhoea. It is very beneficial in Leucorrhea.

Dhataki:

Dhataki balances the functioning of the uterus. Reduces inflammation of the uterus and increases blood circulation in the uterus.

Majuphal:

Majuphal is useful in disorders related to leucorrhoea in women. It removes the problem of white discharge and keeps the vagina healthy.

Nagkesar:

Nagkesar balances the health enhancing functions of the ovaries of women. It keeps the fallopian tube(necessary for conception inside the uterus) healthy, and is also helpful in producing good seed.

Pushyanug Churna:

Pushyanug Churna is useful in controlling excessive bleeding during menstruation. It helps in stopping bleeding and maintains balanced and healthy menstruation. It is a famous classical combination which has been used and benefited by vaidyas for many years.

Udumber chhal Ghansatva:

Anti-inflammatory properties are found in Udumber bark. It can help reduce inflammation in menstrual problems.

Kukkutand Twak Bhasma:

It is the best medicine for leucorrhoea as it is a Kapha-Vata shamak. It is an excellent calcium supplement, hence useful as a bone nutrient.

Praval Pishti:

Due to the properties present in Praval Pishti, it helps in producing and balancing dhatus. This can help in relieving menstrual problems.

Swarna Makshik Bhasma:

Swarna Makshik Bhasma consumes free radicals from the body and removes them, it acts as an anti- oxidant.

Mandur Bhasma:

Mandur Bhasma is endowed with hematogenic (blood forming) and hematinic (hemoglobin increasing) properties. It is the best medicine in the treatment of blood and liver related disorders. It helps in compensating the loss of hemoglobin in the body due to excessive menstruation.

Bhavana Dravya:

As per the principle of “Mardanam Gunvardhanam” of the Ayurvedic sages, to make this formulation more effective, Amalaki Swaras, useful in all vaginal problems, Haridra Swaras as a microbial preventive, Lodhra Kashaya as a blood stabilizer and Dashmool Kashaya for uterus purifier and pain reliever have been given as per Acharya Charak.
