इरिमेदत्वक्पलशतमभिनवमापोथ्य खण्डशः कृत्वा ।
तोयाढकैश्चतुर्भिर्निक्वाथ्य चतुर्थशेषेण ॥
क्वाथेन तेन मतिमांस्तैलस्यार्द्धाढकं शनैर्विपचेत् ।
कल्कैरक्षसमांशैर्मञ्जिष्ठालोध्रमधुकानाम् ।।
इरिमेदखदिरकट्‌फललाक्षान्यग्रोधमुस्तसूक्ष्मैला-
कर्पूरागुरुपद्मकलवङ्गकंक्कोलजाती फलानाम् ॥
पतङ्ग‌कोषगैरिकवराङ्गगजकुसुमधातकीनाञ्च ।
सिद्धं भिषग्विदध्यादिदं मुखोत्थेषु रोगेषु ॥
परिशीर्णदन्तविद्रधिसौषिरशीताददन्तहर्षेषु।।
कृमिदन्तदालनचलितप्रहृष्टमांसावशीर्णेषु।
मुखदौर्गन्ध्येषु कार्यं प्रागुक्तध्याययषु तिलमिदम् ॥

• Jal (Water): 833% v/v (reduced to 208% v/v)
• Majith: 0.8% w/v
• Lodhrachhal: 0.8% w/v
• Mulethi: 0.8% w/v
• Khadirtvak: 0.8% w/v
• Khadirkastha: 0.8% w/v
• Kaiphal: 0.8% w/v
• Laksha: 0.8% w/v
• Vadchhal: 0.8% w/v
• Nagarmoth: 0.8% w/v
• Elaichi: 0.8% w/v
• Kapoor: 0.8% w/v

This medicine is mentioned in Bhaishajya Ratnavali book. Generally doctors prescribe this taila for toothache, swelling of gums, throat disease, mouth ulcers. Our acharyas and commentators say this oil is used for Kaval-Gandush Panchkarma therapy, that is, oil pulling in the mouth.
