Shloka :
त्रिफलाष्टपलं काथ्यं पादशेष जलाढके ॥
तेन तुल्यपयस्केन त्रिफलापलकल्कवान् ।।
अर्धप्रस्थो घृतात्सिद्धः सितया माक्षिकेण वा ॥
युक्तं पिबेत्तत्तिभिरी तद्युक्तं वा वरारसम् ।
Ingredients :
Kalka Dravya: Trifla kalk 50% w/w
Kvath Dravya: Trifla kwath 6.25% v/w
Drava Dravya: Jal 400% v/w (reduced to 100% v/w), Godugdha 100% v/w
Sneha Dravya: Goghrut 100% w/w

1-2 tsp once/twice as directed by physician

There is no data found that it is harmful in pregnancy and breastfeeding. Also safe in children in lesser dose.
