विगुरुं रससिनूरं तदद्धं शुद्धदाटकम् । तत्ममं फान्तलौदञ्च तत्समचाभ्रमेन च ॥१२२॥
विगुरुं मौतिश्चैव पञ्च तत्समं मतम् । कुमारिफारसे भांज्यं धान्यराशी दिनप्रयम् ॥१२३॥
तनो रनिश्यमितां पर्टी व्यांद्विचक्षणः । योगवादी रमो रोप मर्यरोगबुलान्नयः ॥१२४॥
पानपित्तमवान् रोगान् प्रमेदान्यहुमूत्रताम् । मूत्रापानमपस्नारं मगन्दग्गुदामयन ॥१२५॥
उन्मादमूच्छे यक्ष्मार्ण पक्षाघातं हतेन्द्रियम् । यूलाऽम्लपित्तकं हन्ति भास्करस्तिमिरं यथा ॥१२६॥
त्रिफलारसयोगेन शुभया सितयापि वा । भक्षयित्वा भयेद्रोणी कामरूपी सुदर्शनः ॥१२७॥
रात्री सेव्यं गयां श्रीरं कृशानाच विशेषतः । योगेन्द्राख्यो रसो नाम्ना कृष्णात्रेयविनिर्मितः ॥१२८॥

Indication:
Diabetes, urinary tract infections, arthritis, general debility, epilepsy, fistula
Dosage:
1 to 2 tablets, once or twice a day, or as directed by a physician.
