This medicine mentioned in Bhaishajya Ratnavali book. Generally doctors are prescribed this for sinusitis, headache, migration, cough-cold, hairfall. Our acharya & commentators says about this medicine is that, this oil used for nasal instillation that called as “Nasya”. For each nostrils instill 3-3 drops, so that named as Shadbindu taila.
