Shloka :
कुपीतुं मल्लसिंदूरं तथा रजतभस्म च । मुद्रङ्गमानां वटीं कुर्यात् संभाव्यार्जुनवारिणा । ।
आर्दितं पक्षाघातं च गदं खञ्जनिकं तथा । रसः खञ्जनिकार्याख्यो हरेदाशु न संशयः । ।
Ingredients :
- Shuddha kuchala 42 mg
- Mallasindur 42 mg
- Raupya Bhasma 42 mg
- Bhavana Dravya : Arjunchhal Q.S ml
- Excipient : Gum acacia Q.S mg
Indication :
Facial paralysis, paralysis
Dosage :
1 to 2 tablets once or twice in a day or as directed by physician.

About medicine :
This medicine is mentioned in Ayurved sar samgrah book. Generally doctors prescribe this medicine for paralysis, bell’s palsy, hemiplegia, paraplegia. Our acharyas and commentators says about this medicine is that it gives more significant results if given with cow’s milk or dashmool kadha. The name ‘khanj’ itself means lame or crippled, that is any body part or organ not to move easily or defect in any of them. Like this conditions Khanjanikarir as medicine works well.
