रास्ना द्विगुणभागा स्यादेकभागास्ततः परे।
धन्वयासबलैरण्डदेवदारुशठीवचाः वासको नागरं पथ्या चव्या मुस्ता पुनर्नवा ।
गुडूची वृद्धदारुश्च शतपुष्पा च गोक्षुरः ।। 89 ।।
अश्वगन्धा प्रतिविषा कृतमालः शतावरी।कृष्णा सहचरश्चैव धान्यकं बृहतीद्वयम् ।। 90 ।।
एभिः कृतं पिबेत् क्वाथं शुण्ठीचूर्णेन संयुतम्। कृष्णाचूर्णेन वा योगराजगुग्गुलुनाथ वा ।। 91 ।।
अजमोदादिना वापि तैलेनैरण्डजेन वा। सर्वाङ्गकम्पे कुब्जत्वे पक्षाघाते ऽपबाहुके ।। 92 ।।
गृध्रस्यामामवाते च श्लीपदे चापतानके। अन्त्रवृद्धौ तथाध्माने जङ्घाजानुगते ऽर्दिते ।। 93 ।।
शुक्रामये मेढ्ररोगे वन्ध्यायोन्यामयेषु च। महारास्नादिराख्यातो ब्रह्मणा गर्भकारणम् ।। 94 ।।

There is no data found that it is harmful in pregnancy and breastfeeding. Also safe in children in lesser dose.

This medicine is mentioned in the Sharangdhar Samhita book. Generally, doctors prescribe this for any type of painful conditions such as rheumatoid arthritis, sciatica, paralysis, frozen shoulder, Parkinson’s disease. Our acharyas and commentators say that this decoction is given with another medicine for reducing pain. This is also mentioned in ‘Brahma Samhita’ as “Brahmana Garbhakaranam”, and hence is also used for male and female infertility.
